Our Operations

Adopting a set of structured activities and workflows to achieve Synecol's objectives by delivering value to customers.

Collection

Glass waste is collected from homes, businesses, recycling bins, and drop-off centers.

Sorting and Inspection

Categorisation of different waste glass. (Eg. Laminated, single layer, tinted glass)

Fragmentation

Waste glass are imploded and fragmented into small but of various sizes for future sizing grouping.

Separation of contaminants

Contaminants such as plastic, paper or other lightweight material will be screened out from the mixture of materials.

Quality control

Ensuring the processed waste glass are sieved and grouped into their respective sizes. (Fine, Medium, Coarse)

Upcycling

Synecol will upcycle a majority of the processed waste glass into transforming them into new products of higher quality, value, or functionality. (illumiglas & Puriglas)

Distribution

The remaining processed waste glass will be distributed to clients who are using it for other applications in their respective industries.
